Standard Media Commercial Use License (Included) - At the time of full payment, CraigMac Visuals licenses the use of all digital media (Photo, Video and/or Virtual Tour) for the commercial purpose of marketing the subject property for the time period the property is for sale or lease or for a maximum duration of one year, whichever is shorter. The digital media may not be used for any other commercial purpose (e.g., marketing materials not related to the sale or lease of the subject property, marketing other listings, etc) and neither the digital media nor the commercial use license may be transferred or sold to a third party. Online hosting of the digital media is included for the duration of the Standard Media Commercial Use License..

Perpetual

Perpetual Media Use License (USD99) - At the time of full payment, CraigMac Visuals licenses the commercial use of all digital media (Photo, Video and/or Virtual Tour) without restriction. Neither the digital media nor the commercial use license may be transferred or sold to a third party. Online hosting of the digital media is included for up to one year from the date of photography and may be renewed on an annual basis.

Work for Hire

Work for Hire (USD299) - For the additional fee of USD299, CraigMacVisuals will consider all digital media created for this shoot as work for hire. All copyrights convey to the purchaser. This agreement is separate from digital media hosting. Online hosting of the digital media is included for up to one year from the date of photography and may be renewed on an annual basis.
